1Kilo Flour 1Spoon Salt 3Spoons Sugar (Full 3cups water 300gr. Margarine Mix flour, salt, water, and sugar. Make dough , work you dough for a few minutes. Let the dough rest about 20 minutes and kneal again. Repeat few times rest-kneal-rest-kneal Divide into 12 and roll, brush with oil, cover with wrap and let rest about 2 hours. Take the dough, one piece at a time, and play withit, pulling in all directions until it is very thin. Spread 1/12 of the margarine and fold like an envelope roll with a rolling pin () .
