בכל אופן הנה מה שצוות התמיכה בהוטמייל כתב לי (למרות שגם זה לא עזר) This is Bryan and if you are trying to connect to a page and see an error message reading "Page Cannot Be Displayed", this is most often because: - You are temporarily unable to connect to your ISP or the requested home page, - You are temporarily unable to connect to a service such as Hotmail - There is a temporary system latency or "slowness" that means that your browser "times out" before the page can be loaded. The simplest solution is to wait a few minutes and try again. If this does not solve the problem and you are still seeing "Page Cannot Be Displayed", try one or more of the following: - Connect to a different URL to see if the problem is specifically with the page you were trying. - If you are using Internet Explorer, check your browser settings. 1. In Internet Explorer, from the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options". 2. Open the "Connections" tab and then click "LAN Settings". 3. If you are using a proxy server, make sure the name of the server is correct, that the correct port has been selected, and that "Bypass Proxy Server For Local Addresses" has been selected. If you have access to more than one proxy server, pick a different one, and try to access the site again to see if your proxy server is active - Clear your Cache (or temporary internet files) and your History (recently visited sites) 1. If you are using Internet Explorer, from the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options". 2. On the "General" tab, under "Temporary Internet Files", click the "Delete Files" button. 3. Click the "Settings" button and select "Every Visit to the Page". To confirm your files have been deleted, click the "View Files" button. If they have not been deleted, select all files and delete them. 4. Under "History", click the "Clear History" button. This should be done whenever there is a problem loading a web page or connecting. If you have other questions regarding MSN Hotmail, please do not hesitate from writing us again. Thanks again for your patience and continued support. Sincerely, Bryan S. MSN Hotmail Customer Support
