Due to his poor grades in school, his mother decided to stop his studies. However, he started to learn again when he was 19, and finished in 1665. Because of an epidemic, the college was closed, and Newton got back to his village where he started to research his main researches. In 1667, the college was reopened, and Newton got back to the college, as a teacher where he continued his researches. In 1666, Newton published his important discoveries. Later on, he formulated the laws of motion which were called "Newton's laws". These laws were used by physicists for 200 years and are used even today. With his three motion laws and the gravitation law, Newton could explain the stars motions and a great deal of the earth motion. Moreover, in 1666 he also discovered some laws in other fields, mechanics, optics and math. In math he invented the basis of the differential and integral math. In 1967, after he formulated his optics laws, he built his telescope and published his light theory book, "Opticks". Another book that he published was "Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica", in 1687 that summarized his scientific work. Following that, in 1696, he joined the English parliament, and moved to London. This was the end of his scientific career. Isaac Newton died in March 31, 1727.
