בעייה ב- Zen Micro

ברשותי נגן zen micro של creative לאחרונה נתקלתי בבעייה כשאני מדליק את הנגן לא מופיע לי התפריט הרגיל של Music, Extras, System וכל הדברים האלה.מה שמופיע זה: Recovery Mode ויש לי אפשריויות של Clean Up, Format All, Reload Firmware, Reboot. מה זה אומר? איך הגעתי למצב הזה ואיך אני יוצא ממנו? צריך לעשות איזה עדכון או משהו לfirmware או מה? בבקשה תעזרו לי, תודה רבה.

Clean Up Scans the player and removes invalid links from its music library. Does not affect music files themselves. Format (All) Caution! Erases all content! Save a copy of your player's content before formatting. Reload OS/ Firmware Caution! Erases your player's firmware. DO NOT select the Reload Firmware option unless you have access to a PC and you have downloaded the necessary firmware to install. Reboot Reboots the device. תבחר מה שמתאים לך,תלך מהקל לכבד ותראה מה יפתור את זה

קודם כל התעסקת עם הנגן? יענו ניסית להתקין פרימוור או משהו? בכל מקרה תוריד את זהhttp://ccfiles.creative.com/manualdn/Drivers/PDE/8807/0xA1055C7F/ZenMicroPDE_PCFW_LB_1_11_01.exe (זה הקשוחה של הנגן) , תחבר תנגן למחשב תלחץ על reload firmware, אחרי זה פשוט תתקין את הקשוחה והמכשיר אמור לחזור לפעול (ככה היה אצלי בzen vision m)
