בעיה עם iriver clix

לקראת סוף של שיר המוזיקה נעצרת, לפעמים לפחות משניה, לפעמים ליותר, כל כמה שניות. מה יכולה להיות הבעיה? קניתי את הנגן בערך לפני חצי שנה ככה שעדיין יש אחריות, יעזרו לי בזה?
