tampons
Hi Metukit, I am not a tampon expert but tampons contains dioxin which is a poisonous chemical. If you read the thories about the reasons to Endometriosis some of them say that we might have it due to exposure to some poisonous elements, like pollution, other poisons exists in meat products like hormones and whatever and so on.... therefore, right after I was diagnosed with Endo I stopped using tampons at all. Basically, from two reasons: one, because of the dioxin and secondly because I believe that we should let the blood flow out of our body freely. First, I felt uncomfortable using pads after I didn't use them since I was 14 or so but then I got used and I really like it now (as much as one can like pads...)I hope it helps
