תראה, אי אפשר לבקש ויזה על סמך זוגיות מתוך אנגליה אם אין לך ויזה חוקית אחרת, אתה חייב לעשות את זה מחוץ לאנגליה. אתה תצטרך לחזור לארץ ולהוציא ויזת בן זוג. אבל כדי שזה יקרה אתם צריכים מספיק הוכחות שאתם בני זוג - כמו מכתבים לכתובת משותפת וכדומה... אני קיבלתי עכשיו ויזת בן זוג (למעשה שיניתי ויזה מויזת עבודה לויזת בן זוג). לשם כך הייתי צריך להראות תלושי משכורת, את המכתבים מהבנק, מכתבים שקיבלנו לכתובת משותפת (ולשלם 450 פאונד) במקרה שלנו אנחנו נשואים, אבל זה אותו טופס לכל סוגי הזוגיות

Overstay & Future Permissions in UK
Hi there, Firstly you should really be wary of overstaying your visa time in the UK. There are many laws that govern what to do with people who have overstayed their visa in the future when they want to re-apply for a visa. If you have not overstayed your visa by more than 28 days I would strongly recommend leaving the country now. Secondly you cannot apply for any other visa from within the UK if you are currently there on a visitors visa. Thirdly in order to prove that you are life partners you would need to prove that the two of you have been living in a relationship for at least a two year period. There are cases when this can be by-passed but it is not easy. If you overstay you could get yourself into trouble and the only way youwould be able to get back would be to marry her, as once you are married it is very hard to prevent someone living with their partner. Dear Sharon, Well that is a good thing that you have not overstayed your visit in the UK. In order to prove to the UK government that the two of you are life partners you would need to prove that the two of you have been in a relationship for over a period of two years. There are numerous different documents that one can supply, but in general you would need to show official post that has been sent to the same address for both of you spanning over a period of two years, (examples could be telephone bills, council tax, mobile phone bills, bank statements.. ) You would need to make this application from Israel and it would be made to the British Embassy in Tel-Aviv, they would then send this to Istambul to be checked and returned to Israel. There are however numerous other ways for one to live and work in the UK, it would obviously depend on your credentials however, age, education, past earnings, work experience - each case is individual, feel free to contact me directly for any further help. Maybe he would qualify for a Tier-1 UK Immigration visa, a Work Permit, maybe he has an Israeli employer that wishes to open a branch in the UK, he could opt to study - and these are just a few of the options.
