Since these facilities constantly change, we ask that customers contact the manufacturer to locate the repair facility closest to where they (you) will be. Prior to having your equipment serviced, please email
[email protected] for an authorization number. In this email you will need to provide your name, warranty number, brief description of the problem you are experiencing and the name and contact information of your repair facility. The repair facility will need to send us a written estimate (in English) with a clear description of what needs to be repaired on your equipment. To save time, please have the repair facility reference your authorization number, name and warranty number on the estimate. Once we approve the repair for manufacturer defects, we will pay the repair facility directly, or if the facility does not allow payment by Mack Camera, we will reimburse you for the repair with a copy of your paid receipt.
