אזרח קנדי, רופא

שלום. יש לי אזרחות קנדית (אבי נולד שם) ואני רופא.
הסיכוי שלי לעבוד כרופא בקנדה (בתור מישהו שלמד באירופה) נמוך והדרך מפרכת. אני מוכן למשך מס' שנים להתפשר ולעבוד במקצוע אחר כגון ביוטק חברות פארמה וכד', כאלו בהן נדרשת השכלה של רופא ללא הצורך ברישיון קנדי.
מישהו יכול לכוון אותי, איפה לחפש? עם מי ליצור קשר?
יש לנו משפחה בוונקובר ולכן זה היעד המועדף עלינו.

Forget CPSBC

CPSBC will not direct you to potential employers.
Only pharmaceutical/biotechnology/physician recruiters can help you find a job.
I used to recruit domestic & international physicians, but I no longer have the time for it. Many physicians run physician recruitment companies. Are you a specialist?
You can google recruiters who specialize in the kind of jobs that you are interested in. Also, go to linkedin.com and to indeed.ca and search for pharmaceutical & biotechnology recruiters (in the job search section), and send them your resume. In order to land a job - you need to network.
In addition, in order to get hired by a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company you need to have North American experience. You may have to do something related in the meantime. I know of (I know his wife) a senior European neurosurgeon who is currently teaching homeopathy...
