אזהרה: וירוס!

ביומיים האחרונים קיבלתי משני אנשים את אותו הוירוס, מה שמתחיל די להטריד. הוירוס מגיע בקובץ המצורף למכתב הבא: "Hi! How are you? I send you this file in order to have your advice See you later. Thanks" + attachment. אם קיבלתם דואר כזה, יש לכם חבר עם וירוס... ובגלל זה אני משתמש ביאהו והוטמייל, שעושים סריקה לכל קובץ שאני רוצה להוריד, ואומרים לי אם יש עליו וירוס. יפה מצידם, לא?

For those already infected, here are instructions for repair: Just go the www.mecafee.com web site and find out the instruction. or try shorter way: http://www.mcafee.com/anti-virus/viruses/sircam/default.asp?cid=2360 Basically there are are two stages for correcting the virus: 1. Search for a file name SirC32 (one should be found in the C:\RECYCLED folder) and delete all the entries. 2. Follow the instruction in the site for manually cleaning the the Registry file. P.S., I encounter some problems entering the mecafee site with Netscape so use the Explorer. Good Luck.
