You know what's so annoying?! ../images/Emo46.gif
You buy a pack of four pens. Black ones. Pilot- those great ones. Ones that you can use for so many thing (all of my notes are written in the same black pens since 9th grade or something). Anyway, so you buy a pack of four thinking "oh, I won't have to buy any new black pens for at least a semester and a half" . Then you start using one and chances are that at some point you misplace it. But you don't feel like staring to look for it, after all there are three unused exciting black pens in a half open pack, so you just take another one. That is bound to happen a few time. Then when you are down to one pen in constant use, you make sure to hold it close and write only with that one (mine happened to leak all the time and my hands were black for a while). Then at some point your pen runs out of ink. Yes, that actually happens when you study political science and history, and don't use a laptop for note-taking in class (I am willing to waste paper to avoid the distraction). When that pen runs out you say "hmm I should have three other ones somewhere", and so the search begins... You look under your bed, in every single concentration of writing utensils in the house, in the drawers, inside of books, inside of books from last semester, but THEY ARE NOWHERE TO BE FUCKING FOUND. It's 4:00 AM and I am SO FREAKING CLOSE to being on schedule with the readings in my Southeast Asia class- but no pen, so I can't write comments in the margins. Therefore, I can't read. THAT'S SO ANNOYING!
