im assuming you have os-x
go to your system preferences > international on the language tab press edit and add Hebrew (עברית) and on the input menu tab make sure Hebrew is selected and then you will be able to write. if you need your keyboard to have hebrew letters (im assuming its only english coz you bought it in the US) so call yeda and ask them to burn onto the keyboard the hebrew letters hope that helped you.
