I just installed windows server 2003 in my business the server has 2 network adapters one id for the modem and the second one if for the local network. i have sql server installed on that server. my problem is this: on the local network everything is fine but when i try to connect to sql remotely, i'm getting "SQL server not found or access denied..." i have a static ip address for that server, i can ping it, i can use pcAnywhere and windows remote control. ports 1433-1434 are also open. what could be the problem here? please help asap...
