upon going back on training
hey guys here is my question After you have'nt been training for a while, lets say two months, is it better to go back to intensive training (meaing every day or a lot), or is it better (phisicly and otherise) to take it slowly and moderatly, when you go back to trrraining rutine?Does it even matter?, or perhaps you should go with what is right for you Thanks for the answers, I'm back in one week and a day.
