travel to UK for a shorl academic conference
Hi, I was wondering whether or not I need a visa for a short (4-5 day) visit to the UK for an academic conference. I hold an Israeli citizenship but I currently live in the USA (I go to school in the USA, I have an american student visa for that purpose) and I plan to travel from America to UK. Is my travel considered a "visit" or something different? (because it's for a conference rather than tourism) Thanks!
