Times and Dates

Hey I'm looking for the right way to write dates and times when displayed together or solely For example: I'm due in (on?) Friday, March 17, (at?) 20:00 I will be there on 20:00 o'clock? (on?) March 17th? etc. If possible, please refer me to a format-guide or something, too. Thank you

I couldn't find any kind of online guide, but I'll provide you with the best explanation that I can. This is basically how it goes: "On" - for days of the week, or specific dates. e.g.: "On Sunday", "On March 17th" (or "On the 17th of March"... doesn't really matter). "In" - for years and months, without mentioning any specific date. e.g.: "In February", "In 2006". "At" - for times and places. e.g.: "I'll meet you AT the restaurant AT 5:00".
