Everyone has it: a moment when you think "Hey, I was wrong about...." I personally had a struggle with the realization that ABBA actually have some good songs, despite their being a sticky-sweet pop act. That put my musical snobbishness down a peg. Not that I would ever buy an album, you understand, but I don't go all haughty when listening to them, and have been known to get down on the floor to the sound of "Dancing Queen" if there is no one around who recognizes me (at least no one who is sober enough to remember). What's yours? The moment you said - shit, I was a fool to think.... Everybody answer, no silent readers allowed.

So it all started when my friends got addicted to this show called Top Chef, it's a contest between a bunch of chefs, Survivor style. At the beginning I completely ignored it. After all, how can you get involved in a show that shows the food that you cannot taste or smell or touch? I mean it's hard to be the judge... HOWEVER, I have been pretty sick in the past few days and the bed became my best buddy, and the TV goes right with it. I must say that I completely hooked. I don't know if it's because it all looks so pretty or because I have a mini crush on Sam and Elia, but yay, I was wrong, and thank Bravo for reruns.
