teudat zehut
ok now this is a hard one. i applied and recievd a A-1 visa in the US from the aliyah agency i was told that they would do every thing for me i supplied all the documents and i recievd some kind of visa (ashirut knisa) on my passport. well for the first time in 3 monthes the misrad hapnim was open (i actualy arived sept 24th right before they started striking) i waited at the misrad hapnim from 8 am to 4:30 pm yesterday. when i go in the lady asks for a teudat zehut number. she tells me i was supposed to recieve this at the airport further more she says that i'm a full citizen ????!! the visa says: status aliyah and under notes it says: oleh al pi chok hashvut... whats going on here ?? all i want is a teudat zehut so i can begin working. how do i obtain the teudat zehut # and heaven knows when misrad hapnim will once again open...
