Sorry fot burging in
Sorry for burging in and sorry for writing in english as my computer dont know hebrew but this is a subject I been thinking lots about.
I am doing thai boxing, running and kickboxing. It seem I can only train seriously in one of them in any one time, so if I train for a thai fight, running and kickboxing suffer. If I train for a race, the other 2 pay the price. Some people suggested I drop 2 and concentrate on just one sport but I love them all... So the way I deal with it in my head is accepting that sometimes temporarily I cannot train as hard as I want and then I just do the maximum I can (even if it is very minimal) to keep ticking till circumstances change again (and they always do sooner or later), so when they do, Im in prime position to pounce back in there...
It is not ideal but it is better then giving up on any one of my hobbies. 3223...
