Song For Europe entries announced
The UK´s eight prospective Eurovision Song Contest entries have been chosen. The songs were chosen from around 600 entries. They will be aired on Radio 2 by Terry Wogan and Ken Bruce between January 28 and 31. Listeners will then be able to choose their favourite from February 1, with the final four entries being showcased in BBC1´s Song For Europe on March 3. This year´s Eurovision Song Contest takes place in Estonia. The Song For Europe finalists are: Come Back - written by Martyn Baylay DJ Romeo - written by Bea Eden, Simon Stirling and James Gordon Every Step Of The Way - written by Graham Kearns and Howard New Fade Away written by Stuart Hanna and Alistair Griffin I Give In - written by Jonathan Maitland, Jackie Collins and Peter Maitland Lovestruck - written by Ben Copland, Yvonne John Lewis, Nicky Cooke and Phil Dane Never In A Million Years - written by Mark Jiggens and Zee Asha When You´re Around - written by Ben Copland and Martin Bushell
