I know neither Radiohead nor MUSE particularly well (MUSE actually not at all), then cannot I not say, what remained of it still in the current music of Solstice Coil. At least, therefore I go to music, which can be seized in the rest of rather with difficulty into words, for me with these Rezi already quite long more schwanger. I owe to this circumstance in addition, that I heard the album lately very much, very often... however push myself again and again another aspect in the foreground. Singer Deutch has me at the beginning something gene FFS with its rather high voice and its inclination to weinerlich noeligem singing (who actually said alternative rock singer has would have to sound in such a way?). But in the meantime I accustomed either to it or it fit myself simply nevertheless the music, who knows... In any case one supports the voice in successful way the feeling of the lonely one and losing, which accompany this nevertheless rather dark plate. A promising debut, at which the volume has in the long run well two years trade ELT. I am strained on the further development... and up to then recommend I young simply times.
