*sniff*... now.. i`m truly sad... and MAD!

ok....... THIS is the straw that broke the hellspawn`s back... there i was , just wondering about , minding my own buisness , and suddenly , i stumble upon a poke`mon forum.... thinking to myself ``how sad...`` and flaming them a bit , i thought my job for today was done.... and then.. like a diabolic signal of ignorance and plain evil.... i saw those fatal words that threw my body into peril and shock and made my blood boil... those words ... were ``harry potter``.... ok , first , a quick reality check , i am a true famtasy book fan , i`ve read all the classics such as LOTR , DragonLance , a song of fire and ice and more such wonderful books of make belive worlds that eased me from my mudane and ordinary life.... i was happy that way , and everything would seem better and more meaningful after finishing one of them deap , serious , philosophical (yes , philosophical) master pieces..... until i stumbled on the devil`s handy work , the demise of intelligence , the end of fantasy culture..... A.K.A ``harry potter`` , at first it looked innocent enough , another fantasy book amongst the hoards , so , i started to read... and i was appauled.... it was horrifying , it was stupid , it was a mother goose in disguise..... after going halfway through the book , i was ready to brutally murder the person who suggested me reading it , seriously.... the thought that ppl my age , and even ppl whom i thought i knew well , my best friends were to encourage such monstrosity , in MY book , it symbolised the end of everything i had known and loved , as well as making me contemplate on issues such as ``are men really smarter than dogs?`` or , ``do we rule the world , or is it just an enginous plot the dolphins made to kill us all by eliminating our brain cells?`` my findings were NOT encouraging.... to conclude this , i shall put the main idea into words that even harry potter fans will understand if u like it , u have the IQ of brocolli and to finish off , a qoute ``man are sheep`` , true , so true

the previous msg , coutesy of moi , was better written , plotted and thought out than the harry potter series , read it , and witness pure geniousity , and a literature masterpiece

first of all

every person is intitled to hers or his opinion, so i cant blame u for not liking harry potter (to say the least)... however, u neglected to mention what is it presicly that u didnt like about this books. u seemed so sure of yourself so obviously i wont try to change your mind. i just want to know what makes u hate this books so much.

if u say that , than u must have not read my original msg )or just didn`t read it throughly enough( i said in there the reasons i dislike it , which are - it is poorly written , VERY poorly thought out , and the story seems like it`s taken from a children`s book to make something clear , i do not hate the series totaly , there are many books that are written even worse , and i have no resantment towards them , why? , well , if it were that these books had been marketed as children`s books , directed for young odience , i`d have no prob. with it , the fact that bothers me is that it`s marketed as ``fantasy`` i love fantasy books , i mean REALLY love fantasy books , i allmost exclusivley read it , and these books (harry potter( give out a very misleading idea about fantasy books , and the fact that ppl refer to it as a fantasy book , and a ``wonderful`` one nevertheless just annoys the hell outa me , read it , enjoy it , whatever , i don`t care , but don`t say it`s a fantasy book , cause it`s not now , the problem i have with the ppl that read it (well , the prob. i used to have , a certain person here convinced me that there are exeptions( is that they are adults , that read a children`s book , and refer to it as wonderful..... i know this msg isn`t up to my usual quality , but i`m fucking tired and my fingers hurt , i hope i made the point clear enough... but if not than i apologize , and i`ll make it clearer tommorow , once my fingers are able to type again
