Lois and Clark been together on Smallville several times I recall one episode when they've really been together and it's on episode 13 of season 6 called "Crimson".In this episode, lois had a red lipgloss on her lips which was made of red kryptonite which immediately had affected her and she kissed clark and he was affected too then they fell in love under the influence of the red kryptonite and flew away. that's basically what happened in the episode. for more details watch the full episode I hope that you understand my english.
