Size matters
This is something a German guy once told me. He said it is true but I am not sure: The European union has published standards for almost everything. One thing they did not set a standard for is condom size. The reason? to establish such a standard they conducted a survey. The results were quite clear: PIGS men (Portugal, Greece, Italy and Spain) have significantly smaller ***** than men from northern Europe. So the experts wanted to recommend two standards for condom sizes in Europe. But of course with the PIGS representatives objecting, for obvious reasons, the standard could not be passed...
