Romanian Passport
My moms sister (my aunt) just finished obtaining all needed docs through a lawyer and is now about to make a request for a passport.
My mom talked to the lawyer to find out how much it should cost her to follow the same process, and it's about 8k.
My questions:
1. is this a reasonable price?
2. The original docs are the same so the lawyer doesn't actually have to obtain anything new, is it possible to do this without a lawyer?
More Background:
- My grandparents are Romanian, they are deceased.
- we already have their birth certificates and other needed proof, since my aunt made the process already.
- My mom is divorced so i'm assuming she will need to add her divorce and marriage certificates, name change proof, birth cert..etc
