recovery?
hi, many times after a gym workout (mainly the day after etc) my muscles ar in a general pain. Nothing serious, i just feel them a lot.. i guess that´s normal though. i´ve noticed that each time i do my swimming workout (about 30 minutes) right after the gym, that although the swimming is obviously slower (most of my gym workout is upper body), my recovery is much faster and i don´t feel fatigue at all (not the same day, not the day after). Why is that?
