hello , my question is , is a license who was issued in argentina by the argentinian paracadismo federation is valid in israel. the course i have done included 14 jumps (4 tandems , 1 with 2 guides , 1 with 1 guide and 8 solo jumps). we were told that the license is valid word wide , is that so ? if not what is the procedure of getting that permit. thank you , [email protected]

The license from the FAP federacion argentina de paracaidismo is only valid for the argentina territory and is issued by the argentinean air force. what you need is the license A from the FAI, federation aeronautique internationale I've got both of the licenses, but yet I did't skydived here, so maybe someone else could add a little more information. Hi Mordilo. Your APF A lisence is valid here in Israel. You will have to show your logbook as well and both of them must be current. if you have an Argentinian passport you'll be albe to buy yourself daily insurance- it's a must. (Israeli jumpers must buy a full year insurance). When you come to Paradive, look for Sir Mordi, the Chief Instructor and i'm sure he'll be glad to show you around. Enjoy your jumps in Israel
