וגם Mother Love Bone מזכירים כלבים בערך בכל שיר שני. אני מאמינה שבטמפל אוף דה דוג זאת מחווה של כריס לאנדי ווד, כמו שכריס משתמש בהרבה שורות אחרות משירים של Mother Love Bone, אבל בכל זאת, נו, מה זה הכלב הזה בכל פינה? מטאפורה של מה זה? למישהו יש רעיונות?
