project server with hebrew unicode
I have instaled sql server , sharepoint services and project server 2003.everything runs all right if i configure the regionals settings of the user computer thar i want to logon to the project server, to the english unicode. if the unicode is set to hebrew, then i get an error dialog box when the client project is connction to the server. the dialog box says: cannot connect project was unnable to establish a connection with the selected project server. this could be caused by a loss of network connectivity, invalid user name or password ,lack of an global enterprise template , a problem with the project server or database,or your project server may have not enterprise features enabled/ after an extensive research , i arrive to the answer that the unicode of the database at the sql doesn't have the same unicode of the user and the project server i tried to use the collate command at the sql but i think that i did not used it properly if you ever installesd project server , i'm sure that you have resolved this issue. if you do not know the answer to this issue , please tell me how and wath did yoou installed i had instaled sql server 2000 enterprise edition ( english) sharepoint portal services english project server 2003 project profecional 2003 hebrew and english thanks
