Pre/ During/ Post Workout Nutrition
Hi Everybody, I have found a very interesting article discussing the issues of pre, during and post nutrition for weight lifting. One of the interesting things it discusses, is the benefits of combined protein and carbohydrates usage. Carbohydrates cause an Insulin surge, and Insulin itself has some anabolic effects.
