no FAQ in your forum but

so this is my story, My name is micky and i am living in GA for almost 3 years and I am working in the IT area. Recently(3 motnhs ago) I started thinking on establishing my own business and I am intereseted in the approprite steps for that I went to a CPA and he reccomended to open S CORP, he said that he will charge me around 600usd. The second step is to open a bank account. my first investment will be made by my family relative (around 10kUSD) small step to start but at least it is a start. My business involves 2 main aspects: IT consulting to some companies Hopefully, import some products(still negotiating) I will be gracefull for any tip, direction for my new adventure. thanks micky​
