Subject: Israeli Navy "closure of area announcement zone"
Charts affected: Survey of Israel - Chart no. 23 B.A. - Chart no. 2634.
This is to advise all mariners that the area marked as "AREA 608", 2 miles North of Ashkelon, will be closed to navigation from 23rd December until 26 December 2012, from 1200 Hr. and until 1800 Hr. each day, due to Israeli Navy exercises, using live fire.
