Monday, 12 September 2011 13:45 Subject: Placing two buoys west of Hadera Power Station. Entrance to cooling pool of Electric Power Station. Charts affected : Survey of Israel : charts nos. 22 and 4130 B.A. - chart no. 2634 This is to advise all mariners that from 15.09.2011, until 15.10.2011, two buoys will be positioned in the following positions: 1.32° 28, 474' N 034° 52, 707 ' E 2.32° 28, 47' N 034° 52, 754' E The buoys are sphare buoys, yellow colour with light on top. The light is Fl. 5 s., 2 miles.​

בהודעה הראשונה מצויין מיקום. בשנייה רק נצ. הטבע האנושי - אף אחד לא יטרח לבדוק נ.צ. חבל שאין להם פורמט אחיד להודעות וכל הודעה בןרמט שונה ונראית אחרת מרעותה.
