Subject: Israeli Navy announcement - closure of area.
Charts affected: Survey of Israel - Charts no. 1 and 21. B.A. - Charts no. 1591 and 2634.

This is to advise all mariners that the area bounded by the following positions will be closed to navigation on the 16th and 17th April, 2012, between 1700 hrs and 2300 hrs.

All vessels are requested not to enter this area on the above mentioned time.
Closed area:

Positions:
1. 32° 43' 16" N 034° 56' 35" E
2. 32° 43' 16" N 034° 50' 30" E
3. 32° 40' 27" N 034° 50' 30" E
4. 32° 40' 37" N 034° 55' 30" E

This is to advise all mariners that the Gas drilling rig " PRIDE NORTH AMERICA " (PNA) will move to a new location.
The "PNA" will leave "MARI B " area on 17th April 2012 and will start operations in position:

32° 07' 69" N
033° 44' 25" E

on 18 April, 2012.

All vessels passing should keep a safe distance of 5 Nautical Miles from "PNA".

מה גם שקשה היום כבר להכניס פורמט DMS למערכות ממוחשבות - העולם הולך ומשתנה.

This is to advise all mariners that the m/v "EDT ARGONAUT" will place three currents indicator buoys 8 meters above the sea floor, in the following position:

Position:
1. 31° 43' 22" N 034° 31' 53" E
2. 32° 12' 52" N 034° 36' 13" E
3. 32° 24' 10" N 034° 41' 48" E


The three buoys will be installed in position at 19 April, 2012 and will remain onsite for approximately three months.

All vessels must keep clear 3 Nautical Miles from "EDT ARGONAUT".
