hi, i am sorry i can only write in english as i am overseas. i am planning to come to israel on the 18/9 and a bit concern about the "west nile fever" .i just read in the news that they discovered it near hertzlia. it is where i am staying for 3 weeks (family). please advise me what is that desease? what can be done to prevent infection? and any information you may think. i can read hebrew ) toda merosh eli
