אהלן הנה שיר קטן לפני שאני זז לישון... שיר המלך בואי מאבות מוסיקת הרוק שהיווה השראה להמון להקות בשמונים. השיר מהאלבום Let´s Dance ב-1983 שמכיל את הלהיטים : China Girl , Lets Dance , Cat People . ד"א Cat People הופק על גיאורגיו מורודר ידידנו היקר שגם אחראי ללהיט Together in electric dreams ועוד להיטים נוספים.

אלבום ריקודים מושלם שאמנם

שנוא על מעריצי בואי הוותיקים אך מופק באופן מהוקצע ואיכותי ביותר ע"י ניל רוג´רס (לשעבר מצ´יק ) והוקלט בהשתתפות נגנים מהשורה הראשונה כגון הבלוזיסט סטיב ריי וואן ז"ל על גיטרה ועומר חכים (מסצינת הג´אז) בתופים (האחרון ליווה גם את מדונה בסיבוב גירלי שואו במסגרתו גם הופיעה בישראל).

דווקא אלבום שאהוב עלי - מאלבומי המצברוח טוב היותר טובים שאני מכיר. אבל אני זוכר שכבר כשהוא יצא, הייתי מודאג שאחרי שלוש שנות שתיקה בואי כתב רק חמישה שירים חדשים לאלבום, ושלושה מהם הם הפחות טובים בו. אגב, השיר let´s dance טוב הרבה יותר בגירסת הסינגל (שמופיעה באוספים שונים) מאשר בגרסת האלבום הארוכה שלא מצליחה לשמור על המתח. וסטיבי ריי-וון באמת נותן עבודה נהדרת באלבום (אגב, בואי העיף אותו מסיבוב ההופעות אחרי שהנ"ל התעקש לבצע שירים משלו במופע). כדי להשיג צליל רענן, בואי אסף לאלבום זה מוזיקאים שמעולם לא עבד איתם קודם והתואצה אכן הייתה מרעננת.
