looking for help
hello my name is eran, 25 yar sold from raanana. for he last ya and a half i am traveling in south america, and at the moment i am on my way to enteral ameria. for a long period i was carrying a very heavy backpack, and apparntly coused a seriou damage. for the last 10 months, more or less i am suffering from pains around my neck, nd my upper back muscls.the pains r there all the time, and specialy on every movement of the neck, shoulder hand,so on, mostly on my right side. recently i had some pains also in my right arm and felt like it is falling a sleep i startd to look for treament only one monthago. i did a check for the nerves and they say it was ok. i did an x- rey, and they say that my spine, around neck area, doesnt has the normal shape, with the curve, and it is stright, which is not ok. i took some medication, and had 12 esion sof pysioteraphy. my mucels in he sor area are full of nots, big ons which id not gt smaller ater the treatment. i am no loner carrying heavy backpack, and had periodthat i didntcary it at all or 3 months, but the problem is still there. some people advicedme lately to do like 10 sesiones of chinse medicine, as they think i have a nerv problem, or either going to cyropract. i dont know anything about any of these treaments, and i am very lot about what should i do withit, i am asking for any avice and explanations about it. and, if someone knows a ood place in centeral america, it an be very helpful thanks a lo or your time and help, eran
