Forget rumours of a part in Cats, this bundle of talent plans to take on a much bigger part in yet another Lloyd Webber musical. Sir Andrew recently announced big screen plans to turn his Phantom musical into a big screen adventure. He's also looking at developing his mega-successful musical Sunset Boulevard on the silver screen. The story of ageing diva Norma Desmond, rejected and forgotten by Hollywood, is not on Kylie's agenda. But the role of mild-mannered assistant Betty Schaefer is. Kylie, I am told, is going all out to get the part and has recorded a version of one of the show's songs in an attempt to land it. It's not set to go before the cameras until the middle of 2004. Kylie told a source: "I can't wait to get back to acting." Great news Kylie, but don't hang up those hot pants just yet, will ya?!
