...for Babikin(sorry for the spelling). That might increase his chances through the special committee. Although the more athletes in the olympics -the better for israeli athletics, I would like to remind you all that he was caught on drugs around a decade ago. In Britain he would have been disqualified for life from olympic representation; I wish that was the situation in israel as well. I could just wonder if this time he was checked after his throws, or during preparation for this meet (mind you-this was not a pre set goal competition) and whether the Israeli drugs committee has the routine to detect all detectable drugs. Now before all of you reply angrily, just stop for a sec to think what kind of sport you wish athletics to be. Have a nice evening, and congrats. to all those who achieved such great results tonight.(Naor, Svetlana,Yochay , Dasha etc.

Now Haaretz tells about Tkatch

claiming that she was caught with Stenozolol in Novi Sad. The article does not report if it was only sample A(which is reasonable for the moment). I wonder why this does not show yet at the front page of the Igud's site! (as well as any summary of the championship).² Any reply about tests for Babikin around his last success?
