Should I continue taking the pill on Sunday after a week of not taking it even if I didn’t get my period? Thanks

NO. You have to do a pregnancy test ( you can buy one in any pharmacy) and only if it's negative you can go on taking the pills. Just make sure that you don't have more than a week off the pill in case you continue it, because even one day later means you are unprotected for that month.
