Is this black substance normal?
I found this substance on the pillion passenger foot rest the other day and wondered if this Is normal with LC4 (brand new). when I place my hand between the end can and the pipe (below the contacting spring) I can feel Air escaping and this is probably the origin of this substance i.e. from the pipe. should I be worried? should air be permitted to escape between The pipe and the end can?
