This time concerning Brian. Here’s the deal. Vic dies in episode 408 but this decline starts a few episodes back. heavy focus is on Michael and Debbie with a bit on Brian and he is there supportive and shook up himself. Justin feels neglected by it coz Brian is spending a lot of time with Debbie and Michael. Ben has sort of removed himself from the situation coz he is feeling vulnerable. Michael is understanding towards Ben. All 3 (Deb, Michael and Brian) try to include Justin coz they know he’s upset too but he feels like he isn’t wanted around. Basically he gets really selfish about it coz he is again questioning his place in Brian’s life. In 409, Vic is buried but Justin doesn’t go to the funeral in turn causing a huge fight between b/j (Brian calls Justin a 'selfish faggot' and Justin in turn tells Brian he 'learned from the best'). This is where Brian tells Justin that he cares for him (could be an I love you but I don’t know that for sure) but he needs to accept that he isn’t the only person in his life and that he will always be there when Michael needs him and vice versa. Justin comments how it’s always about what Michael needs and Brian says it always will be coz they have always looked out for each other. After talking with Vic before his death, Brian and Michael go in 409 and get HIV tests together and both are fine but something else is wrong with Brian's test, an abnormality in his blood. Michael can tell something is bothering Brian but Brian says everything is okay. Justin finds the report from the lab and tells Michael. This is when Michael tells Justin to go talk to Brian, that Brian needs both of them. Justin tells Michael that he will have to take care of it coz Brian doesn’t want to see him. Michael tells him that’s bullshit and to go to Brian. Justin refuses to confront Brian about it so Michael does. Ben gets pissed that it’s Michael and not Justin who runs to see what’s wrong with Brian. Ben goes with Michael to Brian’s where the confrontation takes place. Brian tries to kick them out and Michael refuses to leave. Brian breaks down for the first time since Vic died and with his own possible health problem. Lots of wailing and crying on Brian’s end. Michael hugging and telling him everything is going to be ok and he’s there for him. End of episode. There is more with Emmett in this episode and some Ted stuff but I thought most care about the Michael and Ben and Brian and Justin stuff anyway. I guess from my understanding for everyone worried about the Brian and Justin thing, they make up in 410 or 411 and all is well again." Edited to add some more: "Ok, lots of talk about why Justin isn't at the funeral but it's not as bad as it seems I guess. Justin doesn't go to the funeral NOT coz of jealousy. He doesn't attend coz he has a court date. I guess this is what he and Brian fight about. Justin gets busted with this 'vigilante group' and Brian and he fight coz of Justin's actions with the group, NOT coz of Vic. Everyone will be happy to know that Mel isn't his lawyer. He and this Cody kid send someone to the hospital and he gets charged with attempted murder or assult or something like that. Bbrian supports him until he finds out the extent of the beating (he thought it was a fight between Justin and the victim, not an attack) and tells Justin he isn't any better than Chris Hobbs. Justin storms off, hence why he doesn't think Brian wants to see him when he's talking to Michael. Lindsay meanwhile acts like a total slut to get a job with a famous art director, this is early in the season but the guy is around for a while. The guy is a total jerk but she plays up her fem qualities to appeal to him and get to work with him. Blake is around so far, all season. ill find out more hopefully this week."
