This week's episode will no doubt prove to be all three. Even small towns like South Park, Colorado can't escape the spreading homeless epidemic. Thankfully for the residents of South Park, however, their younger generation is willing to do something to tackle the problem. There's a great deal of conflict between the adults and the children, who are trying to solve the problem in their own specific ways, but in the end only one solution can prevail.
