בת10.5 חודשים יונקת מלא ואוכלת את כל המוצקים למעט מה שאסור - אוכלת יפה מאתמול היא מקיאה ומשלשלת אני מבינה שיש כל מיני סוגי וירוסים שמסתובבים....החום שלה לא גבוה במיוחד 38 - 38.4 ודי ברור אין לה תיאבון אני תוהה מה לעשות בהנקה הבאה..... לא אכלה כמעט כלום כל היום...וכן דאגתי שתשתה הרבה מים...כשחזרתי מהעבודה היא ינקה והקיאה הכל....גם את המעט שאכלה ( קצת אורז ועוף) עם המטפלת לפני עכשיו לפני השינה כהרגלינו בקודש...היא ינקה ברצון את שתי הצדדים כמעט במלואם...ואז שוב פרץ אדיר של כל מה שגמעה.... מה לעשות שוב כשתתעורר לאוכל?...בסביבות 24:00 -1:00 האם למנוע ממנה לינוק? ככה גם היה אתמול בלילה ינקה והקיאה האם חלב אם לא טוב בנסיבות שכאילה?? אולי זה יהיה אפילו לפני כי היא בטח מאוד רעבה....לעשות לה הפסקות בזמן היניקה? ייתכן שזה בגלל שינקה מהר כי הייתה מאוד רעבה למרות שגם ככה הקצב שלה מהיר כשהיא יונקת....לא מבזבזת זמן ...שותה גומרת עוברת הלאה.... מה דעתכן ? אשמח ביותר לעצתכן המנוסה מחר רופאה אח"הצ.......

treatment for vomitting

One of the reasons that babies dehydrate is if they vomit more than they eat. To avoid this, here is the rule: 1. Do not feed the baby until one hour has passed since the last time she has vomitted. 2. start giving her small amounts of liquid. 10cc, every 30 minutes. If she vomits again, start from step 1 If you are breastfeeding, give her your milk in a small cup or by the spoonfull. Other liquids to give: coca cola ( that's right, in this case it is like medicine.......the baby needs sugar and potassium, both of which are in coca cola), tea which you sweetened with lots of sugar, or salty chicken broth ( she also needs salt to balance her electrolytes) 3. If another hour has passed and she has not vomitted, start giving 20 cc, and increase gradually. 4. If the vomitting continues, start over from step 1, and see your doctor. 5 go to the doctor or emergency room if: - your baby has not had a wet diaper - your baby is apathetic or not responding - your baby is acting very sick - your baby is unable to keep anything down, even in the above manner Please let us know how you are doing. If the baby is not eating, remember to pump. remember, your milk is the best medicine, and don't let anyone tell you not to breastfeed.​

first night

without vomiting...it was a long night since I did take big breaks between breast feedings and the little one was upset....she doesn't know what it is not to be refused to breastfeed The doctor says it is a virus which attacks up to 5 days ....the wost is behind us for healthier days...
