טופ, אז אולי בכל זאת יש משהו...
Kylie @ G.A.Y., February 28th 2004 SETLIST: Made In Heaven (Intro) Red Blooded Woman What Do I Have To Do (With elements of Too Far & Confide In Me) The Loco-Motion (Fever Tour Version) Chocolate Can't Get You Out Of My Head Slow (plus Slow Chemical Bros Remix) On A Night Like This (Starting as ballad) Love At First Sight (Encore) Better The Devil You Know (Impromptu Acappella) Review by Fiez 2000 fans screaming their heads off, people jammed to the front going crazy and cheering, the countdown beginning. And the show starting at about 1:45am, 15 mins after the countdown ended, it could only be Kylie at G.A.Y!! MADE IN HEAVEN (I know!) This was the opening track. The dancers came on amid a sea of dry ice (that bloody choked us at the front!) 4 male dancers and 4 female dancers...all wearing street gear mixed with electro-chic. There was a huge video screen with a collage of 'the making of slow video' mixed with candid shots of her video shoot / photo shoot at St. Tropez in August...looking very French and sexy. The track was a new version...assuming Kylie sang it live....she was not there while the song was being sung / played. And then it suddenly burst into... RED-BLOODED WOMAN She emerged in front of the video screen, sang the first line, and then paused. Pandemonium. People screaming. Then she carried on and did the routine for RBW that has been ssen on TV many times....as she walked down some stairs at the beginning of the song. She was wearing a black flowwing skirt which had 2 slits up the sides (gees maybe it is one slit up the front...can't remember!) She had loads of jewellry on it. She also had a black corset. Hair was up. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? GREAT! Dancers went crazy. So did Kylie. So did the audience. It was the On A Night Like This tour version. SHE ALSO mixed in the 'stick or twist' lines from CIM and the chrous of Too Far. Interesting!...great! LOCOMOTION Fever tour version. Wearing a cream one piece short dress with slits through it. CHOCOLATE Beautiful. 4 female dancers were dancing with her in a soft and gentle routine which encapsulated the crowd. CAN'T GET YOU OUT OF MY HEAD This was fantastic as always. But Kylie seemed pissed off at one point! Someone in the crowd seemed to trigger it. She reached forward and I thought she was going to shake a hand or something. She pulled this camera off a guy and pointed it at him, and i thought she was going to take a picture. But then she looked sternly and said, "Just chill out a minute, OK?" And then she chucked the camera to the side to one of the security guys. She then said, "Don't worry you'll get it back." She then carried on singing the rest of the song....looking sternly at the guy a few times while singing! I have no idea whatsoever what the guy did, your guess is a good as mine. Mostly people at the front noticed this happen. (Note from LiMBO: This guy was apparently setting off his flash right in Kylie's face, and pushing and shoving other crowd members around - it wasn't Kylie's first diva strop!!).Then at the end of the song Kylie again said that 'some people just need to chill out a bit', then was smiling and carried on with talking to the audience. I was a bit scared...never seen her with that look in her eyes! Bless her, and the guy for that matter, although I have no idea what it was about...I can only guess. Maybe it was a combination of things and she just snapped. Then after the song, as Slow started, she pointed to the guy so the security guard could give the camera back. SLOW Went into to one of the dance remixes near the end, where it kind of loops. Kylie REALLY gave it her all...really shouting the lyrics. Male and female dancers all gyrating together....then in the remix the guys all jumped on each other gyrating...very nice! ON A NIGHT LIKE THIS & LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT Crowd joined in. Beautiful. BETTER THE DEVIL YOU KNOW (IMPROMPTU ACAPELLA WITH THE CROWD) Kylie did this impromptu as a tribute to the crowd, and we all joined in.
