ראיון חם מהתנור עם המלכה :
אין פה ממש ספויילרים כי כמו תמיד עם קמברלין בראון היא נאמנה מאוד לסדרה...היא ממש יכולה להתאים לשב"כ . אני מביא כאן את הראיון באנגלית כמו שהוא : In addition to traveling back and forth, Kimberlin continues to run K. Brown Designs, her interior designing company. “When I left The Bold and the Beautiful the last time, I went back to school. I’ve always had a bug for design and for architecture.” Designing everything from wall colors to flooring since 2003, she’s enjoyed tremendous success. Although she’s currently working on three homes and will start another two in January, she’s also going to slow things down a bit. “I’m not going to be taking on as many clients as I have the last couple of years because I don’t want to jeopardize the quality of my work on either front -- as an actress or as a designer.” Last seen on Y&R as kidnapping Lauren’s son Scotty in a baby switching scheme in order to lure Scott Grainger away from Lauren and into her own arms, Kimberlin’s return as Sheila promises to be explosive. “It’s great to be back,” she said while settling in to answer the questions as posted on the community boards. “It’s great to see everyone that I’ve known from the past and am working with again.” First off, can you let her know that her fans love her and that we're totally psyched about her return to Y&R? KIMBERLIN: Please tell all my fans out there who have been so supportive and so patient in waiting for Sheila to come back, thank you. Thank you so much for your kind words. It really does make a difference to me. Are you excited about getting to work with Tracey Bregman (Lauren) again? KIMBERLIN: Tracey and I have a great chemistry together and of course I’m excited to work with her if that’s the direction they’re going to be going with the storyline. It’s one of those things where we really click when we work together and I’m excited to have that click again. How do you think Lauren & Sheila's feud will differ this time around? KIMBERLIN: We’re both a little older and a little wiser. Maybe Sheila won’t make some of the mistakes she made before. Which Y&R cast members are you looking forward to working with whom you've never had a chance to work with before? KIMBERLIN: I’ve got to be honest – I don’t know who they have planned for me to work with. As far as whom I’d love to work with who I’ve never worked with before, everybody. It’s such a phenomenal cast. It would really be difficult to pinpoint just one. Any chance, as an actor, in my opinion, to work with someone else, someone new, it’s exciting. It would be hard for me to say just one person. I have admired everyone’s acting on that show for years. I must say Christian LeBlanc (Michael) would be a hoot to work with. Would you ever like to see Sheila redeemed? KIMBERLIN: Maybe redeemed to a point. Victor Newman started out terribly evil. Michael Baldwin started out terribly evil and they have managed to redeem them, but they still have an edge. When you look at Victor burying bodies in his basement and what he’s doing today… it would be very interesting to see what they could come up with for Sheila. Especially because she has millions of (B&B’s) Massimo’s dollars sitting in her bank account supposedly. It would be interesting to see how they could redeem her and, sure, I love playing my part and the longer I get to play that the better it is for me as well. Have your children ever seen you in "Sheila" mode or is that something you don't want them to see? KIMBERLIN: My kids have seen me in Sheila mode once or twice and that’s really it. I really don’t want them to watch, especially my son who’s only seven. The one day he watched he was wondering when I was bringing his real sister home to meet him and he knows I have one, so ‘don’t lie about it.’ It was like ‘okay, that’s pretend and Daddy, why did you let him watch that today?’ [Laughs]. They’ll be able to watch it as they get older. What is her inspiration for Sheila? KIMBERLIN: I’ve always been a firm believer that you can talk yourself into anything; people do it every day of the week. If they’re very excited, something wonderful has happened to them, the more they talk about it, the more excited they become. They’re body pumps more adrenaline. It’s the same thing if you’re evil or upset or something terrible has happened to you during the day, the more you talk about it, the more depressed you become. It’s the way I prepare for the part of Sheila. I try to convince myself of whatever mood I need to be in at that time and you start to feel it. It takes a while when you first use that technique, but after a while you can pretty much click on and click off. That way, I’m thinking about what I need to be thinking about in the scene and not thinking about my uncle who passed away or my dog who got hit by a car or something like that. I’m actually thinking about what I need to be at the time. Is there anything she'd like to see Sheila do? KIMBERLIN: I’ve been a real firm believer in allowing the writers to create for my character. I’m not a writer. I’m an actress. [Co-Executive Producer/ Head Writer] Jack [Smith] has been phenomenal with Sheila for many, many years. Jack and [Head Writer] Kay [Alden] and [Supervising Producer] Ed Scott -- I’m back with that team again and they are so wonderful for all they have done for me. So, I can’t think of anything off-hand because they’re doing a fine job on their own. How is she treated in private life when soap fans recognize her as the evil Sheila? KIMBERLIN: I have got to say my fans have been phenomenal and wonderful and when they have run into me out in public the number one thing that is said to me is ‘W hen are you coming back?’ When people approach you and they have that to say, it’s a wonderful feeling. Well, now they know: I’m back. Fasten your seatbelts!
