I know it´s probably not the right place... But no-one seems to help me...

My friend, Matthew (18) wants to move to Israel. He wasn´t born into a Jewish family, tho he does have a storng love to the Jewish and for the land of Israel. He is a messianic Jew, which means he believe in the bible and that Jesus is the messiach. I promised him I will help him. He plans to come alone. I thought maybe he can live in the KIBBUTZ... But I really don´t know how it goes. I know that he cannot get a citizenship if he is not a Jew, but I also heard there are some exceptions... I was wondering if anyone knows about the terms to get the Israeli citizenship, the terms to get into a KIBUTTZ, and the terms for joining the army. PLEASE, HELP...

maybe...

maybe when he´ll allready be in israel he´ll become jewish? i mean-what if he´ll convert his religion to become jewish... it might help him

He is a messianic Jewish... it is close to the Jewish religion, but not so...
