i need a tiny little help

1) im looking for a word to define israel as - a land that has diversity of people from all over the world. (we say kibuts galuyot in hebrew, what is the definition in english?) 2) israel is _______ by people who originly came from asia, euorope, and other parts of the world. which word fits here the best? thanks for the help!

i found a defenition in the dictionary to the kibbutz galuyot but i'm not sure if the phrase is common, i'm looking for something really simple and spoken () AN INFORMAL WAY thanks

maybe you should go for: "Israel is a melting

pot of people..." etc. It's not quite the same as kibbutz galuyot, but it's a common phrase and the meaning is close enough.
