I had expected more Med. and less Philosophy
I have always admired Dr. Arthur Caplan, and I loved listening to him discuss biomedical ethical issues:

After taking a Bioethics course, where I had expected the emphasis to be more on medicine than on philosophy, the instructor recommended that I take an additional course with someone I knew and whom she regarded as the best. Unfortunately, I had only listened in as a guest. Since it required coming to school three times a week for one hour each, I didn't have the time to take the entire course. I may still take it later on.
