I´m new, need help

hey everybody i want to do a skydive course in mexico and to get an international license, there are some things i dont understand and i would love if any of you can help me : 1. what are the meanings of the words : tandem,aff,static line ? 2. if i´d get a license how would i know if it´s OK , what do I need to check ? 3. any1 know a good school in central america ? 4. how much is a course sopused to coast ? I cant write hebrew but i can read hebrew so you can answer in hebrew thanks Einav

mexico is very expensive

cross the border to Arizona and come to Eloy. if you cant do that, surf the web link and find most of the answers to your questions.
